Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
If a customer is not satisfied with the product purchased from us, he may return or exchange the product subject to the conditions mentioned herein.
For returning or exchanging the product Customer is required to send us an email (email@example.com) informing us of his intention to return or exchange the product or contact our office +97143253245 to return or exchange the product, within seven days from the date the product is delivered to him/her. We will take it back for exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Returned product should be accompanied with the original sales invoice.
2. Returned product should be sent or brought, in its original packaging and original condition in all respects, and along with all accompanying items related to the product, such as accessories, cables, manuals, promotional items, bundled offer items etc. Laura Ashley reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items and accordingly to decide at its sole discretion whether to accept the product for return or exchange.
3. In case you want the product being returned or exchanged to be collected from you, you may be charged additionally for the collection of the product, and if applicable, for delivery of product in exchange. The charges for collecting/redelivering the product, as the case may be, will be informed to you beforehand.
4. Refund amount will be paid only in the original mode of payment for the product. Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made to the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received. Thus if original payment was by credit card, then refund payment will be made by transfer to the respective credit card account.
For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft in favour of the Buyer (As per registration details provided by the Buyer) or transferred in the Bank account of the Buyer.
Refund shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirham only and shall be equivalent to the transaction received in United Arab Emirates.
Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Laura Ashley in case of any misuse by Buyer.
Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
5. Return, Refund and Exchange Policy is only applicable within United Arab Emirates. Return, Refund and Exchange claims will not be entertained for products taken out of United Arab Emirates.
6. Any claims made seven days after receiving the product will be subject to the Warranty terms of the respective product and cannot be claimed within the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
Purchases those are not refundable
1. Sale Price less than 300 AED
2. Used bedding (i.e. bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops)
3. Any mattress or Stuffed and upholstered products without a law label
4. Cut metre fabrics
5. Made-to-measure items (i.e. custom countertops)
6. Products that have been modified, altered or washed
7. AS-IS products
8. Laura Ashley gift cards
9. At any time, Laura Ashley reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification. Please visit your local Laura Ashley store or contact us for more details.
